His 30 year long career and his tragic death in 1977 make Elvis Presley is a name that cannot be ignored in music history. For some he is still alive, for others he lives through his music. 50 years after his first recordings, he sells more records in Quebec than anywhere else in Canada (43% of the record sales in Canada came from Quebec). This compilation includes early recordings from Sun Records and RCA from a repertoire that offered to the youths a less conservative musical genre, way before the Beatles did.
